Police Charge Lexa with Complicity in the Murder of Robert Remias

After police detained former Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) boss Ivan Lexa on Thursday morning, the police investigator charged him with the crime of instructing the murder of Robert Remias, who had contacts to the key witness in the abduction case of Michal Kovac Jr. to Austria in 1995. The investigator further suspects Mr. Lexa of misusing state authorities and endangering state secrets. Mr. Remias died in a car explosion on April, 29 1996.
