Economy Minister Lubomir Jahnatek signed a Memorandum on Understanding between Slovakia and US state of Texas during his working visit to USA on Monday. The memorandum should lay basis for intensification of cooperation between Slovakia and the US state of Texas. Economy Ministry spokesperson Branislav Zvara informed that the aim of the memorandum is to support development of cooperation between both countries in business, investments, tourism, science and sports. The Texas Secretary of State Roger Williams said after signing the document that he is happy that Slovakia, as well as Texas, searches for original solutions and ways leading towards prosperity of citizens ad society.
