Creditors of one of the biggest Slovak unlicensed deposit companies, Drukos, will receive SKK 664.5 million (EUR 22.06 million) from proceeds from the sale of assets in bankruptcy. This information comes from the final report on sale of assets of the bankrupt company Drukos, a.s. Banska Bystrica, approved by the Banska Bystrica Regional Court. Total revenues from sale of assets in bankruptcy amounted to SKK 910.2 million (EUR 30.21 million). However, they were reduced by the cost of bankruptcy proceedings, amounting to SKK 232.1 million (EUR 7.704 million) and remuneration to official receiver of assets in bankruptcy of SKK 13.6 million (EUR 451,400). From the total sum allocated for creditors, SKK 1.3 million (EUR 43,150) will go to a separate creditor and the remaining SKK 663.2 million (EUR 22.01 million) to the remaining creditors.
From the total proceeds, sale of assets in bankruptcy brought in SKK 533.3 million (EUR 17.7 million). Cash in hand at the time of declaration of the company's bankruptcy amounted to SKK 209.2 million (EUR 6.944 million), income from other activities reached SKK 157.4 million (EUR 5.225 million) and estimated future income from other activities was SKK 10.3 million (EUR 341,900). Concerning sale of assets in bankruptcy, sale of real estate sold in whole or as a part of the company brought in SKK 314.7 million (EUR 10.45 million), while claims were sold for SKK 13.8 million (EUR 458,100) and vehicles and financial investments for almost SKK 11 million (EUR 365,100).
