Several developers have come up with their projects for the town of Presov in eastern Slovakia. A shopping mall and a leisure center should be built there in the near future. The company Targest, s.r.o. plans to build a shopping center for around SKK 300 million (EUR 99.581 million). According to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the investor wants to commence the construction already this year, while the completion of construction works is expected one year later. A shopping mall with a rentable area of more than 9,600 square meters will be situated in the Presov housing estate of Sekcov opposite the shopping mall Max, which is now under construction. The company Targest is a subsidiary of Euro Mall Czech Holding A/S with the seat in Denmark.
The Czech company Aukett plans to build a leisure center Presov Park at around SKK 100 million (EUR 33.193 million). The leisure center will be situated on the intersection of roads Solivarska and Vychodna on the premises of the factory ZPA Krizik. The investor wants to launch the project in autumn of this year and finish it one year later. The new free time center will be situated on an area of 36,000 square meters.
