Employee joint-stock company Vezmos, a.s., Dolne Vestenice, which in the past privatized a hundred percent stake of rubber company Vegum, a.s. Dolne Vestenice, reported 3.4 million (EUR 112,900) loss for last year. The company closed the year 2006 SKK 0.4 million (EUR 13,280) in the red. The company whose shareholders signed a contract on sale of a 34.15-percent stake in the company with businessman Pavol Jakubec last year reported total assets of SKK 168.7 million (EUR 5,6 million) at the end of last year. Fixed assets amounted to SKK 163.7 million (EUR 5.434 million) and current assets stood at SKK 4.9 million (EUR 162,700). The sum deposited in accounts of funds created from Vezmos' profits amounted to SKK 167.5 million (EUR 5.56 million).
Joint-stock company Vezmos, a.s., Dolne Vestenice was enrolled in the Business Register in July of 1995 and its share capital is SKK 3.4 million. Last August, private individual Pavol Jakubec acquired a 34.15 percent stake in the company.
